So what do you do when its too hot, or cold, to go hiking
in Tucson? (OK, that almost never happens - how about too dark?) You curl
up with a cat or three and a good book.
While I started out life a huge Sci Fi fan, I find that I am turning
to mysteries more and more. After working my way through Sherlock Holmes,
I turned to Agatha Christie. I've read, and reread, approximately 80 of
her books and want to work my through all of them. Along the way, I 've
detoured into Tony Hillerman plus other assorted mystery writers that
Ingrid (a voracious reader) turns me on to. This has also meant some detours
into Stephen King (her favorite writer). However, I can usually only handle
one of his every six months or so because I need time to recover.
